Writing your daily plans on paper is the most effective way to reach your daily and long term goals.
- Write down your daily goal at the top
- Focus on your 3 biggest projects for the day
- Track your hourly schedule for phone calls and tasks
- Put your least important to-do items at the bottom
Personally, I like to print this out in the evening, to plan my day in advance. This way, when I wake up in the morning I know exactly what I need to do. And if I forget where I am at for the day, all I need to do is go back to my planner to stay focused.
